The Fondazione is dedicated to preserving, conserving, and promoting Italy’s Jewish historical and artistic heritage. It also manages the National Library of Italian Judaism “Tullia Zevi,” with a special focus on Italian archival and documentary collections. For Yerusha, the institution researched the historical archives of the Union of Jewish Communities in Italy (1920-1990) and the fonds of former Jewish communities, such as those of Pitigliano and Senigallia.
