Contemporary Jewish Documentation Center

The Milan-based Contemporary Jewish Documentation Center (CDEC) is a scholarly institution dedicated to preserve, foster and promote Jewish culture in Italy. In the framework of Yerusha, CDEC has surveyed Jewish and Jewish-related archival sources of Lombardy with a special focus on Milan and Mantua, including the Center’s own collections as well as the archives of the Mantua Jewish Community.
